My experience with S.A.R.L. Comfort Cars was great. I booked a transfer from Gare du Nord to an Airbnb. The driver met me on the platform, just as you exit the platform and enter into the station. Once we were close by, he got out of the car and helped me with my bag and also helped me find the correct building. All around great experience with a kind man.

Even though our train was early the driver was waiting for us. Plus he had a car that had sun roof which allowed us to view the city as he drove. It was great!!

Overall I’d say it was good. The driver was originally late but it is understandable given the chaos before the Olympics. The driver also got us to the hotel earlier than anticipated but was also on his phone the whole time. Given the unique circumstances I’d say very good

Our driver was knowledgeable and friendly. While driving us to the hotel, he provided us with historical facts about the area. The only thing I didn't like was that the street was blocked and we has to get out and walk. Essentially, our hotel street wasn't so he could have went an alternative route. He was good with putting our heavy luggage in the suv and out of the sun. He had super powers because luggage was heavy.
