Exploring Normandy
aureliaf622, Dec 2024
Wonderful tour if you are looking for a quiet scenic drive and exploring on your own. I also love that the guide's explanations were rooted in art and history! She also gave us great food suggestions at every stop.
We loved it but it was too long

This company organised a beautiful trip for us! We went to Giverny, Rouen and Honfleur. Each stop was so picturesque accompanied by our knowledgable guide. However the 2 hours driving back was too much! I would recommend maybe a 2 days trip for it.
We also needed to pay for our lunch, be careful, it’s not included.
The driver was a joy to be around, very sweet boy called Magomed.
The best way to explore Normandy

Picture-perfect day exploring Honfleur, Rouen, and Giverny (we didn’t want to go to Etretat and Tour Up in Europe kindly excepted the modification in the itinerary). Our guide Helen brought history to life and sprinkled it with charm. Each stop was a masterpiece, especially tasting of that local apple spirit. If you want your Normandy tour to be a work of art, this is the one to pick! Haha
Wonderful cities in Normandy

The market in Honfleur was great. We loved the restaurant in the port for lunch. Etretat was magnificent, both for its history and its views. It was perfect when the sun came up on the beach. The tasting of Calvados is essential while you are in Normandy, and the charming buildings are so picturesque. Rouen is a must-see city, medieval but with modern shops and charming restaurants. Notre Dame Cathedral is stunning. Don't miss this trip! Door-to-door service with our Guide taking pictures of us along the way and telling us many fascinating stories while driving. The best trip!
Extraordinary day!

Our tour started in Etretat, where the stunning views left us amazed. Afterwards, we head to Honfleur, where we enjoyed a delicious lunch in a charming local restaurant. We continue with a visit to Rouen, a city full of history and beauty. In addition, the scenic walk through the neighborhoods of Le Havre was a unique experience, thanks to our excellent driver who made all the journey very pleasant. Definitely a worthwhile tour that we would repeat without hesitation.
