Worst tour ever.
Kyrah_C, Dec 2024
I have done a lot of tours. This is the worst I have been on in years. The tour operator showed up on time. After that, it went badly. He asked us which places to go and I told him we are good with suggested route in the tour sites. He told us they were all closed. I agreed to cut down to 1 hour and just go to Eiffel Tower since he said there was no point in going anywhere else. This was disappointing but we wanted to make most of it.
After seeing the Eifel Tower from few streets away, he drove past Diana memorial then said his rigshaw had ran out of battery so we would need to get off.
My daughter and I were left in an unknown area by the Seine River. About 5 minutes later, we saw him drive past us at full speed.

We had a scheduled tour at 10 am and we were airing and they never showed up. She. I called they told me they had a 4 o’clock tour in their end. I had reserved for 10 am and the ticket said 10am. Destroyed our day.

Hello Jacqueline . Your reservation did show up at our end at 4pm. We would never deliberately ignore our customer's bookings not only because this is how we make a living. Also we care about our customers. To show our apologies cuz we were not able to accommodate you as you expected, even though ,to be fair, it is not all our fault. We went out of our way to deliver to you the macarons from Shop Laduree to your hotel to wanna deliver a message to you that we care about you as a customer, and we are sorry. I understand your disappointments. We wish you can shake off this episode and don't carry it to stop you enjoy beautiful Paris
