Learn from a Macron master!

What a great experience! Eric made us feel so at home and looked over our novice abilities. Even though I’ve been cooking for years, he showed me tricks to improve the quality of my food. He also emails the directions and recipe of your class in case you forget something when you return home. You will not be disappointed with this class. I have confidence that I can now go home and make macrons. This really is a great class and we had such a wonderful experience.

My partner & I took this Macaron class during our Paris Vacation. Chef Eric was wonderful and made us feel very welcome Macarons I’ve always been very tricky and he provided lots of tips of what to do to make delicious Macarons. So glad we did this and that we met chef Eric. This is a must do for anyone.

Fun with Macarons

Eric invited us into his apartment and taught my wife and I the basics of making macarons. Eric was friendly and a great host. He is a classically trained chef, so he knows his stuff too. We very much enjoyed the individual class and one on one experience compared to a larger group operation that churns through classes. He also gave us some thoughts and tips on Paris and has even followed up since we got back home to see how the macaron baking has gone. Highly recommended.

Amazing Intimate and Hands on experience

Awesome session. Super intimate and hands on. We chose this one because the other macaron classes don’t mention that it’s mostly a demo. Eric was great and engaging and we had a truly amazing experience. We were involved at each step and he explains the nuances and techniques required to make the perfect macaron. We cannot recommend this enough.
