They didn't meet us at the airport with our names ( very scary as we are all over 70 ) with the 2 vans we ordered and paid for. They argued with me about picking up 7 of us from 1 international terminal and me at a different international terminal. They were 20 mins late after I sent a message wondering where they were. Then that is when they called me to say because we were in 2 different terminals they needed 2 contacts. And they brought 1 van instead of 2. They only agreed because I was so upset! They squeezed us all with 11 bags into the 8 seater van. The exit door at the airport was filled with people holding signs that our names were not on.

Dear Mrs Tilton, you didn't ask nor pay for 2 vans. You booked and payed for one van and asked us one day before to pick up you and Mrs Bell. I tried to contact you to tell you that you have to book another van but you didn't answer. Our driver did his best to pick you up as fast as he could considering he had to pick up Mrs Bell in one terminal and you in another one (opposite way). We agreed to take all of you because we care about our customers like you can see on our good reviews. Anyway we hope you enjoyed your holiday in Paris.

Great service! Our driver met us right at the airport and took us to our hotel. Our flight was delayed and they waited for us. Would definitely book again!

A fabulous French connection

We were a group of 7 including two infants, age 4 and 2. our driver was very courteous and helpful in not only taking care of bags, which there were 11 pieces, but also with assisting at car seat placement and assisting children on the van. He was efficient getting us to our hotel, then again in reverse, taking care of the kids, luggage, and any questions we had when we arrived. Can’t say enough about how helpful this man was.
