Our tour guide was very enthusiastic and gave us a great history!
Our driver was also very kind and helped us find and get to a a restaurant for lunch.

We loved our tour guide Francesca. She was informative and enthusiastic and made the tour fun.
The transportation to and from was challenging. Our driver to pick us up was late and it was not made clear to us that we had a taxi with out our guide to go to Versailles. Our guide has driven us with every tour company. The pick up was confusing as we ran around Versailles trying to find our cab home. Thankfully Francesca was with us to help. We understand due to factors out of the tour company’s control getting around town was difficult but how the transportation would work was not communicated before hand.

The tour is a separate driver plus a guide that would wait at the entrance. My family arrived 30 mins early and I texted the operator and she told me the tour will not start until noon. We waited until then and the guide was nowhere to be found. The tour operator could not find the guide either. When I expressed my frustration the guy on the phone said "what is your problem, it is just ten mins.", "I have ten other groups there today". Until 12:14 the guide did not show up and we told them to refund us and since the tickets are sold out we walked around the garden. The driver that was suppose to pick us up at 2:30 was also cancelled so we had to find a ride back ourselves. The operator is Parisi Tour, I don't believe anyone paying for private tour will want this kind of treatment.

When my wife & I ever return to Paris and would revisit the Palace of Versailles, we would definitely go with the tour guide & the round trip transportation from Paris. Excellent experience all the way around.
