Really great tour of Bayeux. Our guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the history of Bayeux. The tour was interesting, fun and good value for money. She covered the history of Bayeux from medieval times up to the present day. The tour takes 2 hours and is a stroll around Bayeux at a normal walking pace. I would definitely recommend this tour.
Fantastic historical tour of Bayeux

We took this walking tour on our last day in Bayeux and really enjoyed it. Such an interesting place and our guide was funny, engaging and full of personality which made the tour a delight. She shared her impressive knowledge and her love of Bayeux with us. We were also very appreciative that the company were willing to change our tour day at the last minute as we missed our train from Paris due to a local train line failure. It was no problem to swap it to the following day. Would definitely recommend doing this tour, you get a great feel for the city.

We spent an all to quick two hours being shown around Bayeux and learning of it’s history from Roman times to present day. Christele is a very engaging, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable guide who conveys much information clearly, with humour and in an easy to understand manner. This was an outstanding tour and is highly recommended as a way of significantly adding to your experience in Bayeux!

Without a doubt this was the best guided walking tour I have ever experienced. It was extremely well organized, educational, informative, and very entertaining. A wonderful way to see and learn about Bayeux. Be prepared to do the quiz at the end of the tour!
