5 stars for the 2.5 hour tour--ask for Christian

I highly recommend this tour. It covers a lot in a short amount of time. Christian, our guide, is a proud and enthusiastic Catalonian. He expertly explained Catalonia/Aragon's role in history, Barcelona's history especially beginning in the mid 19th century. He showed us two important gaudi buildings, and he knows all the fun and gritty details. The same in the gothic quarter--it was very entertaining, and he gave us 10 minutes to wander in the Boqueria.
False representation of tour

The itinerary or the summary shared is false representation. Tour involved walking around city centre itself on foot and swim/snorkel spots being shown.
Tour guide told us that it involves 200m of swimming to another tiny island (across the water current) which has not been mentioned at all and quite risky if not clear.
When we asked the tour guide, we were told that swimming was a requisite.
However knowing swimming and swimming across a current to another island with no floats being provided is ridiculous and misrepresenting the entire tour name.

I didn't get to do this experience. I received a phone call to say it would be cancelled but I could do a hike and swim with snorkelling instead. I accepted this and eventually got the 20€ difference refund. The hike itself was beautiful and I loved the swim. It was the guide Gregory's first time and we took wrong routes in the way down and walked much more than was necessary (arriving at the water 11:50 so it took I think more than 2 hours to walk down and less than 45 minutes to walk back up). Apparently we should have followed the yellow line and we had been following the 3 yellow dots. Myself and several of the group chose not to walk back with Gregory. He was a friendly guide, just not very experienced and not good at time management.
Brilliant tour with crystal clear water

We were really well looked after by Freddie who took us on a tour of the local area before snorkelling. He made sure were were all happy once in the water & explained the ecosystem & what we might find. The children loved it especially when Freddie found a starfish for them to hold.
