Money’s garden is beautiful

Luiza, Dec 2024

The tour itself was great, Money’s house and gardens are definitely worth a visit. The minivan that took us there was clean and modern. My only criticism is, having paid extra for a tour guide, I’m not sure that was better than the audio tour. We all ended up together anyway, and the explanations were basic (look, a pretty flower). So I would recommend the tour, but not sure about the guise.

Lovely

Giverny was beautiful. The garden was a picture! Our tour guide was engaged and knowledgeable.

We really enjoyed it.

Beautiful surroundings but awfully crowded

222deepaka, Dec 2024

A lovely place to visit but masses of visitors allowed into the gardens at the same time marred ones appreciation and enjoyment of the surroundings.

This a place which lends itself for contemplative reflection of the Monet, the artist, and his works.

Giverny was an absolute gem.

AMAZING!!! On what was probably one of the hottest days the area had seen in a while, shy of 100 degrees, this was the perfect day to get outside of the city. The coach bus provided a relaxing drive. My biggest recommendation is the pay for the extra tour guide. We were with others who didn’t and I am sure they didn’t learn as much as we did. Our guide was amazing and the insight she provided on Claude Monet only enhanced what was the most beautiful afternoon I have had in a while.

Great trip to a beautiful place

Philip_L, Dec 2024

It was a great trip. We met beat place italie metro and were driven to giverny. The guide gave a lit if information on the way to the place. When we arrived she guided us throughout the site and only left us to explore the house on our own. The site si definitely a must visit with its beautiful landscaped gardens, water lilies pond and the charming house.
