Our Accredited Speaker Guide will welcome you at the meeting point, in front and offer you an external and internal tour of this exceptional monument! The discovery of the cathedral includes the discovery of the nave, chancel and south transept including the angel pillar and the famous astronomical clock. The history of the vitals, the pulpit of the nave and the various damage caused by the wars will be discussed. The external visit will allow you to discover the sculptural aspects and peculiarities of the facades of the monuments.

Amazing beautiful cathedral

The Cathedral is amazingly beautiful. Unfortunately, our guide, although very personable spoke frangliase and far too quickly for understanding. I would have expected “skip the line” included in the price of the ticket but the first 20 minutes was in the queue. Next time would do a self directed audio tour.

We thanks you for your message and we are really desapointed you didn't enjoyed the tour.
Concerning the qualified guide language, we all have the level C1 on the european standard with, for sur, a french accent.
Concerning the system "skip the Line" it doesn't exist in France because the cathédrales entrances are free. That system is not mentionned in our explanations on TripAdvisor ou Viator web site.
We tried to do our best taking Care about the person that was not walking well finding places to sit down etc.
Never the less, during the tour it is Always préférable to tell the guide that he speaks to fast so he Can adapte his speach to the guests.

A guided tour of the unforgettable cathedral. Steve was able to tell us the whole story of this masterpiece of Alsace. If you go through Strasbourg, don't hesitate, there's no substitute for a real Guide.

Exceptional even for a non-believer

This cathedral is beautiful, it is located in the center of Strasbourg, admission to the cathedral is free (watch out for your dress). However, for the astronomical clock, we could see it but it is frozen. To see it work, it pays off.
To visit with your eyes wide open!
