A great half day with Bertrand

We enjoyed our time with Bertrand and the lunch experience at his family home .His knowledge of the region is extensive and his passion for the Pic St Loup wines evident in his explanations of each wine we tasted about nine in all.Before returning to Montpellier,Bertrand took our small group for a walk in the 12C village where he grew up in.We recommend his tour.

As others have said, this tour was the highlight of my stay in Montpellier! It was worth every penny. I was disappointed in myself for booking it on my last day, however, because I couldn't purchase any bottles of wine to enjoy (I didn't have a checked bag 🥲). But that's no fault of the tour! Everything - the knowledge of the wine/area, the wine, the little "hike", the homemade dinner & setting, the thoughtful stops - it was all so lovely. I was a little disappointed in Montpellier as a tourist destination but this tour absolutely made it worth it! Thank you!

Bertrand is an excellent host. He is knowledgable, easygoing and his personality ensures the day will be a relaxed and enjoyable one. You will visit a small, family winery offering some excellent wines, enjoy an absolutely delicious lunch at Bertrand's house and get a chance to take a short walk (glass of wine in hand) to a viewpoint with stunning views of Pic St Loup on one side and the beautiful vineyards of the region on the other. A very enjoyable tour.
