L'Escargot 1903 is enjoying a new lease of life and welcomes a chef with a proven track record (Ritz, L'Abeille). His market - centred cooking sends sparks flying: meticulous presentations, underpinning finesse, harmonious marriages of flavours. The "must" is to get a look in on the terrace, weather permitting. The lunch set menu is a bargain.
