Moulin Rouge

The show is amazing and very entertaining. That alone is well worth the visit. The food wasn't great and it feels like the room has a few tables too many. I highly recommend you come visit this place. Maybe skip dinner, but the show is a must!
Skip it!!

The opening act was a bad night club show, the seating is crowded and uncomfortable, the wait to get in is long and frankly the kind of burlesque this is out of date. There was an act on roller skates and a strong man that were athletic and superb!! The topless female dancers were sad.
Poor experience

Forced to buy trousers at a shop next door (how convenient for me and the 20+ other men in the queue)
Women are allowed to wear tailored shorts. Men are not. They have a sign up inside the venue which is handy, considering you can’t get inside until you have big boy trousers on. When inside the tables are way too close together. An uncomfortable experience and while dancers were good, the overall experience was very poor value for money. Take a picture outside and give the show a miss
Throughly enjoyable amazing costumes and wonderful dancing

Throughly enjoyed, the costumes were amazing, the stamina of the dancers phenomenal and some amazing unexpected moments with acrobats and other styles of entertainment other than dance.
Didn’t have the meal before chose to eat in a local brasserie instead but did choose a half bottle of champagne….. because I was in Paris and why not!
Was extremely lucky and got a wonderful seat (allocated on arrival) was sat with Australians, a danish man and 2 ladies from Scotland which was nice to chat with prior.
Was strange seeing the windmill with no sails but not many people can say they have seen a sail less windmill at the Moulin Rouge!
Yes I know it’s considered a tourist trap but it’s a Parisian icon and one I wanted to see definitely a Buckley list item ticked off
Poor phone signal inside so make sure you have a print out or downloaded ticket
Great show and food, even for the price.

Farther pricey but a once in a lifetime must do! The food was really good, the included bottle of champagne per person a bonus and the show excellent! For anyone who has the opportunity, do not miss out. Remember the fee must also pay the salaries of the rather big cast.
