Not worth it

Had trouble downloading it. Then it was difficult to navigate with it and listen to the stories as you HAD to be I the specific location.
Waste of money and time.

Didn't go as it wasn't specified where tour began which was too far away. I wasn't able to share the audio with my family. The instructions were crap and when I reached out for help there was no response. I asked for a cancellation/refund, but no response. Just threw money down the toilet and am angry about it.

We're sorry that the experience didn't go well.
However, contrary to what you say, I can confirm that the starting address for the tour is indicated both on the product sheet and on the application. I've also noticed that you've activated your tour but haven't done so.

Très bon concept pour visiter à son rythme à n’importe quel moment de la journée. Je recommande. Relativement bonnes indications. Bonnes explications, manque éventuellement un peu de contenu.

Très bonne expérience. Une façon dynamique et ludique de découvrir certains aspects de la ville tout en flânant... Je réitéreraice genre de promenade avec plaisir !
