Very informative tour!

I signed up for the Reims Cathedral tour in July. The ticket instructions were slightly vague and directed you to a ‘meeting point’ at the Reims Tourist Office, where the guide tried to do a register of people booked on the tour.
The guide was very knowledgable and provided great insight about the cathedral. She explained that this was her first English tour, yet she still delivered a very professional and well explained tour.
My only issue was with the length of the event. The tour lasted nearly 2 hours and we were standing the entire time - I think a short break at the hour mark would make it more comfortable (especially in the summer).
A day at Reims Cathedral

There was a festival going on around the cathedral. Everything was totally jammed. No fault of Viator or the local provider. That said, the guide was good, but not superior. There were some facts she was fuzzy on. The cathedral was destroyed by German artillery fire during World War I. The damages from war vs the damages from age were not clearly described.

A shame, visit canceled due to bad weather. We weren't even warned.
Worse, the establishment did not offer another date or refund.
The agents were not forthcoming and did not want to know anything.

Bonjour Antoire et pardon pour cette réponse tardive. Je pense que vous parlez de la visite des tours de la cathédrale. Effectivement, en cas de mauvais temps, et voici ce que l'ont peut lire sur leur site : "En cas de conditions météorologiques dégradées, la visite peut être écourtée ou annulée pour la sécurité des visiteurs : aucun remboursement partiel ou intégral, ni report ne seront possibles." L'Office de Tourisme ne peut rien faire en ce qui concerne les visites gérées par les Monuments Nationaux. Il peut nous arriver, à l'Office de Tourisme, d'annuler certaines des visites que nous organisons, pour des raisons météorologiques ou autres, mais nous proposons toujours une autre visite ou audio-visite en compensation. Attention, nous n'incriminons personne, ce sont simplement des conditions de vente tout à fait différentes. Nous sommes désolés de votre mésaventure.

She was able to adapt her vocabulary and keep the children's attention for 1h30!
