Enjoyed our guide

Estelle was very nice and knowledgeable about the palace. We appreciated her and enjoyed her being our guide! We only wish we had more time at Versailles it’s amazing!
Guided tour recommended

I was with a private tour so had our own tour guide through the palace. I loved hearing the story from her point of view. She made us feel comfortable, looked after and ensured everyone had a great experience. Versailles is amazing and definitely worth the time.
Very poor management of reserves

I made 2 reservations one after the other. The first one remained outstanding and was rejected 3 days later. I booked again at a different time and 2 days later, 24 hours into the tour, they had not answered yet. I called Viator and the operator, very friendly and attentive, tried to contact the operator by phone but was unsuccessful and sent them an email. Two hours later they refused the Reservation again.
