Showed up with no reservation, the guy at the front was super nice and hooked us up with a sick spot on the top terrasse, boom food and the service kept being excellent throughout our supper, decided to book for the next day and were super happy. Get the fire canon ball meat dish it was excellent and very filling, they made us taste la chartreuse it was an excellent shot. Merci la France!

Tried the beef fondue, and fish risotto. Both are ok. The beef fondue, they will give you a hot pot filled with oil, and you’ll deep fried the beef on the pot. It’s a quite unique experience, worth a try for the first timer. But I have to say they have the best fries ever. The beef fondue comes with fries and salad. Fish risotto just normal, the taste can be better.

A restaurant on two floors with a terrace on each floor. Modern mood, with electro-lounge music, cocktails and so on. The dishes are varied, so that you can find local specialities (mostly cheese-based) but also trendy burgers and good fishes (I recommend the trout with the creamy sauce).
The service was very friendly and very efficient, even at the rush hour. The furniture is nice and comfortable.
All in all, a very good experience.

Very decent food albeit a bit pricy. The snails were particularly good and the aged meat was just soft and lovely. Staff was also very kind and friendly.

Excellent experience. I went there 2 times and was never let down or neglected. Service was amazing! The food was exquisite. I should go more often but I’m busy discovering the region!

Le Muratore
The Muratore house is named after its former owner, a liquor-maker and confectioner. It stands on a pedestrian street of Évian overlooking an exquisite square with a fountain in its centre. Now a restaurant, it is in the hands of Marc Serres, who crafts wholesome regional fare. The menu is sensibly priced and the à la carte range stars noble ingredients, including fish from the lake, without forgetting a few hearty classics from Lyons. Shaded by a linden tree, the terrace is bliss in summertime.

Les Fresques - Hôtel Royal
Take a seat in the majestic dining room of this luxury hotel and admire the Art nouveau frescoes by Gustave Jaulmes. The show continues in your plate, as you tuck into dishes, subtly and precisely crafted with premium ingredients: fish from Lake Geneva (arctic char, perch, crayfish...), fillet of Abondance beef smoked in meadow hay, Bresse chicken with foie gras and yellow wine. The modest, enthusiastic chef, Patrice Vander, works only with noble produce, delving freely and frequently into the estate’s cottage garden. The exclusive, sophisticated ambience, like the breathtaking view and the attentive service add the final touch to this fine dining experience rich in gourmet memories.

Au Jardin d'Eden
On the way into town, this eatery ticks all the boxes: an owner-chef with a fine CV – including 15 years at Le Grand Véfour, who has returned to his roots in Évian and generous, traditional cooking that keeps pace with the seasons. Fricassée of sweetbread and green peas; free-range chicken, lemon confit and roquette; tartare of Charolais beef; fillets of fresh perch…
