Neighborhood friendly taste testing and tour

Our party enjoyed Andrea for different reasons. Overall - if you want to have a neighborhood history tour with a few little snacks - this is for you. He personalized the experience and met us at a spot close to our air b n b. We were surprised that we had the chance to sit down at the creperie.

It was wonderful to experience the different foods of Paris-baguette & cheese, pastries, crepe, falafel & snails! Equally wonderful was learning some history of Paris along the way and having an opportunity to see things from a Parisian’s POV! Our tour guide, Alpha, was very knowledgeable and informative!

Our tasting tour with Alpha was fantastic! Highly recommend! Alpha introduced us to foods and markets we would never have discovered on our own. She was friendly and fun to talk with and learn more about Paris and Parisiennes.

A walking tour with a little food & wine

We have been on several tasting tours including Venice, Tokyo, etc and enjoyed them very much.
This tour was not what we expected based on other experiences. We were two couples in late 70's, and in good health. Our Guide was a very nice, knowledgeable, & interesting young Lady. We began the tour in a nice cheese shop with only two types of cheese offered. The shop employees were unfriendly, were not introduced, and acted like we were in imposition..There were no tables or chairs and we stood to eat our cheese. Another stop was a nice bake shop the baked goods were good and the shop owners were very friendly and welcoming... Again we stood to eat. We stopped in 6 different food locations ending in a seafood restaurant where the only two food items offered were raw smoked salmon and cold sea snails. These items were fine but not enjoyed by all.
The walking part of the tour Wes over five miles which was a surprise and a bit much for a couple members of our group.
I would suggest more food and less walking
Our group of 4 paid over $500 for a mostly walking tour.
