    Itinerary

This is a typical itinerary for this product

    Stop atMontmartre

We will visit the key points of Montmartre, passing by the famous Place du Tertre, the Vines, the Moulin de la Galette, the House of Picasso, Van Gogh and Dalida, the Moulin Rouge and many more ... You will understand why all these artists lived in this little corner of paradise, which contains well hidden houses. We will greet Audrey Hepburn, in the scene from the film "Funny Face", in the rue Saint-Rustique. Hello Paris!

    Stop atPlace-Vendome

After passing in front of the Galleries Lafayette, the Opera Garnier, and the rue de la Paix, we will pass by the famous Place Vendôme, filled with jewelry, which makes photographers happy. This is where the Hotel du Ritz is located, where Lady D, Princess Diana stayed.

    Stop atLouvre Museum

A must-see in Paris, the Louvre is to Paris what the Statue of Liberty is to New York. The Eiffel Tower too, okay, but that's for the end :) Small photo pose so for a breathtaking view of this jewel of the palace.

Stop atSaint Germain des Pres Quarter

We will pass through the small streets of Saint-Germain, which characterizes old Paris. Get back in the mood for the movie Midnight in Paris, meet Hemingway, Fitzgerald or Verlaine at Café de Flore, or Simone de Bauvoir and Jean-Paul Sartre. We will turn around the haunting rue de Furstemberg before admiring the vibrant Rue de Buci, filled with cafes that are the charm of Paris, including the legendary Maison Sauvage brasserie.

    Stop atCathedrale Notre-Dame de Paris

We will pass by the charming Place Dauphine to encourage pétanque players, will pass the facade of Notre Dame, then Saint Michel, and even the Quays!

    Stop atPlace de la Concorde

This famous place steeped in history deserves its passage with explanations.

    Stop atChamps-Elysees

We will go up the most beautiful avenue in the world to the sound of Joe Dassin, taking care to go through the mythical Pont des Invalides, the Grand and Petit Palais, then turn around the mythical Arc de Triomphe.

    Stop atEiffel Tower

Is there anything to add? We will admire the Iron Lady, taking memorable photos. The curvature of the 2CV fits under the arch of the Eiffel Tower for a splendid shot.

Best tour guy in Paris

Cathy T, Dec 2024

Our tour guide went above and beyond! Our original tour company had to cancel last minute due to engine problems. They referred me to Pierre from “So French Tours”. Pierre was Great!!! Super personable , caring and truly dedicated to catering to his clients. He is super knowledgeable and made sure to takes us to all the sights that we were most interested in. He answered all our questions and gave us great photo opportunities. He would perfectly position his fun orange car so that we could stand up in the vehicle to get perfect shot or he would take the photo for us. He was very and kind. I highly recommend !!!!

MUST DO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Emilee W, Dec 2024

I don't think I've ever had a better experience than I had with Pierre's tour. He was lovely, so informative and hilarious. He asked what we wanted to see and where we wanted to be dropped off. Being picked up at our hotel was a huge plus. He had a lot of fun movie/TV show trivia for the city and he took plenty of photos and videos of us in front of gorgeous Parisian monuments. This is a must-do if you're ever in Paris!!!! You will not see the city like this any other way!

Citroen 2 person Paris highlights

Pierre was a great driver, friendly, and very accommodating. He is an excellent photographer and knew the best spots for great pictures.

At the end, he dropped us off in a lovely square dinged with fun restaurants and bistros. Highly recommend him!

If you get nervous when someone drives aggressively and fast, this is not for you. Being from the east coast we didn't mind the driving, just that he talked about it a lot. Otherwise, got to see a lot of Montmartre, and a lot of sites at night, so overall a very good deal.

Responses from So French T

Thank you for your review.

I’m sorry to hear that for you the driving style overshadowed the whole experience, including all the pictures I did, history and facts I shared about the city. I don’t recall talking only about the traffic during the whole tour. You would actually be the first client to say that. You said we saw a lot of sights, well have you wondered that my driving style might have allowed us to do that? Driving in Paris is hard, and requires a certain stance overwise you don’t get anywhere, especially if you want to avoid traffic. I appreciate your honest opinion but feel this is not representative of all the hard work and value I provided during the tour.

I appreciate you thinking it’s a very good deal overall, of which I’ll add that the driving style was a necessary component, unless you wanted to be stuck in traffic or cut down on the sights we saw.

Regards
