- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
- Non-collapsible wheelchairs are not accepted
- As Arrival and Departure info in compulsory to book, please state N/A in the option you are not choosing.
- An additional night supplement is payable for transfers between 8pm and 03:59am

Delighted with this company’s service. Contacted me 2 days prior to travelling to confirm details. This was very reassuring as booking had been made a few months earlier and no payment taken. Again contacted on arrival at CDG airport at 10pm and drivers were waiting to pick us up. Importantly, the 2 large mini vans had the 2 child safety seats and booster seats we had requested for a 2,4 and 9 year old. (not many companies seem to offer this and also cheaper than many others!). The drivers were very efficient and helpful in spite of us being delayed due to a baggage problem. The return journey was equally smooth with text from driver confirming his arrival and details, all of which made travelling with a party of 13 much easier. Would definitely recommend Win Transfers and will use again when we visit Paris again.

Confirmed with provider for 2 vans day of pickup 3x the day before. Owner asked for 19euro per van after booking. Only one showed up and Driver said I owed another 19euro. Both Viator and Owner refused to reimburse for a no show Van or the extra money

Hello - it would appear that you did not actually use our service as we do not request additional payments . I suggest you double check with the supplier that you booked with .

on time, good service. driver was at our hotel at time requested (he was actually a little early), and got us to our destination safe and sound! no complaints!
