Driver Identification Problem

The DT Driver was not evident holding a sign with our name to identify him in the terminal 2E public waiting area. Attempts to connect by phone failed and the driver did not respond to several of my texts describing our location and identifying clothing. After 45 minutes of searching, we finally gave up and joined the taxi queue.
However, Tripadvisor has already refunded my fee, and I would sign up again on a future trip if I can be assured that the identification process has been improved.

Driver was not waiting and took time to find each other

Driver was not waiting as we arrived. I spoke with him on the phone twice and ultimately he told us which door to come out. We waited outside and he was inside.
Once we got in the car the trip was fine but I booked this ride to make arrival very easy and did not feel it was

DO NOT BOOK!!!!! Terrible, terrible service! I would of given a rating of 0 if I could. By no means is this a luxury car service....the picture on Viator is misleading. Don't bother sending specific instructions, they don't follow them. If you get stuck in customs upon your arrival, which is beyond your control, they don't care. They will take off for a service that you paid for and leave you to fend for yourself.

Hotel to CDG transport

Driver was on time and a quick and easy transport form the hotel to CDG. If I was to ever go back to Paris, I’d gladly use again
