The arc is worth the climb as the pictures and views are breathtaking.

Going up, the tower was great, had a fun experience. The spiral stairway is tight but doable just taking your time. We did experience an issue with the Tickets from the tour company, so I had to buy two tickets out of pocket, which sent them to us, but the Viator customer service was excellent and got us a refund right away.
Highly recommend this tour as the viewpoint from the top and all directions is awesome.
Lost my time and money

The app sent me a confirmation without the tickets and no support with the incident.
I paid in full immediately but didn’t receive confirmation.. I kept calling the support team but after being on hold for 30 minutes someone took the call and informed me that they can’t help with the tickets and the booking is non refundable.
Despite being available early, paid in full, patient and requesting the entry tickets on top of my confirmation, the support team insisted that it is my loss
Felt like a huge scam
I lost a huge amount along with time and it ruined my experience to Paris.

Hi Aprajita_S, this is complete dishonest feedback to just get the refund, we have checked our support team responded you quickly on WhatsApp and even shared the tickets Arc De Triomphe Rooftop which you didn't wish to do, as Seine River Cruise was not operational that day due to the Olympics. We have already refunded the amount and it will take 3-4 days to get credited. Thank you for your understanding.

Easy access to the Arc. Still awaiting a refund for the Seine cruise (all cruises were shut down due to the Olympics).

Quick and easy access! Great views! Some better signage would be beneficial so prepaid visitors know exactly what to do. WARNING: It's ALOT of steps inside the structure.

Cruise leaves near foot of Eiffel Tower but brace for biq queues because of all the coach loads. Arc was good but refused priority entry so had to queue - not sure if this was because the operator converted my timed ticket to an any time ticket (which i didnt ask for). Luckily queue wasnt too bad and went early evening but could have been a serious inconvenience.
