Insider's guide to Montmartre culture, art history and more!
juliewormser, Dec 2024
This was one of the best things I experienced during a two-week stay in Paris. Jill was funny, experienced, smart, very knowledgeable about an extraordinarily broad range of things (art history, movies, architecture, famous residents, street art) and took me on her favorite side routes of a neighborhood she's lived in for two decades. The whole thing was a total joy. Highly recommend.
Fun and informative tour of Montmartre. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic visit with Jill! She was very knowledgeable of the entire Montmartre area and its history. We arrived without much of an idea of this area and walked away with a lot of new information.
Jill was great at making this tour fun and enjoyable, even in spite of the rain that hit us toward the end.
We also appreciated the restaurant suggestions she gave us…. Which we promptly followed after the tour and were right on target!!
Thank you!!!! Highly recommend!

Montmartre and Marais tour
Tillyseattle, Dec 2024
We had 2 great tours, nearly back to back, with Jill. She was quite personable, and extremely knowledgeable about both neighborhoods. We especially enjoyed that she was able to get us away from the crowds, but still show us things we’d been reading about for months. Money and time very well spent !

Best 2 hrs in Montmartre!
TravelMoreNY, Dec 2024
We very much enjoyed Jill's tour of Montmartre. The tour was focused on the artistic roots of the area and how that's still the case here. We certainly learned a lot all in an entertaining way. Jill kept our 10 yr old interested and engaged the whole time, too. She took her time to go through any questions so we never felr rushed. She also made recommendations on best vendors in the area so you can taste the best of the Parisian delicacies on your own after the tour.
Lovely Montmartre with Jill!
