Great way to get a lay of the land in Paris

Easy to do, relaxing after walking the city, and a nice way to see just about every important monument the city has. The river and bus portion are a great time. The top of the bus is covered for the frequent rain Paris gets, and we had the option of taking the river cruise at a later day, which was great because we waited for a clear day to do that.

Only good thing was the boat ride, I got a better city tour on hop on and off bus.audio was horrible and stopped after #20. Tour guide was hard to find and very rushed. Would not recommend this tour at all.
Not as advertised. Not worth the money.

We met the tour operator for the bus tour and was given a ticket for the boat tour that we could use anytime. We got on the bus which did not have WiFi, nor did they give us headsets. We were given a QR code to download an app and listen to the tour which meant we were to use our own cellular data. We were told their regular bus was broken, so they had us get on one that was moldy and smelled (see picks of the mold and rust). We complained and were told we could take the tour on Tuesday and that Sophia would contact us to reschedule. She never contacted me, even though I gave her my cell number.
Tuesday we got on the boat tour which again, told us to download an app and listen to the narration on our phone. The boat did have little speakers on the lower deck (see picture) but they didn't work.
We didn't get the type of tours that were advertised. We could have got on one of thoese hop-on/hop-off buses to see the city and paid for the boat tour on our own without using Viator or the tour operator. Very disappointed.

The tour wasn't bad, but the agency attention was terrible.

Although the guide did his best, the commentary was mainly inaudible. The coach did not stop for us to take pictures. The cruise has not happened as yet. Could I take it tomorrow? From near the Eiffel tower?
