when we arrived to the venue they had no record of us having tickets and said that we had most likely been scammed.
a nice young lady at the museum saw that we had a confirmation email and decided to approve the tickets.

We got there early so didn’t need this. But the museum is a gem. And you must take the head phones and spend time on the lowest floor w the monets. The best. The athlete show was also outstanding. Have a beverage or snack outside in the garden. You feel like you’re at giverny.

The museum was closed. It’s closed on Mondays. Waiting for my refund from Viator. Wish booking on Mondays had been blocked prior.

The museum was amazing but the voucher was not accepted. They have had many fakes. They stated that this has happened a lot from here
NO TICKET NO RESPONSE

NO TICKETS, NO RESPONSE!!! I did not receive my ticket I paid for. I called followed the emails stating to click on the PDF, which then stated the ticket was not available. There was another option to download the Viator app, which I did and there was no ticket. I tried emailing as them as stated, here I am days later no response. I called them, got a voice mail and no response. I had to buy my own ticket, which means I paid twice. Still want my $ back, and Victor wants a review?
