Easy to set-up online

We loved the museum and we had no issues with our lager group of people getting in. Middle of August is a very busy time though so give yourselves plenty of time and expect crowds.

I was unable to use the tickets because they were sent to a incorrect email. I had called 3 days before and the gentleman assured me he fixed the email. The woman I spoke to yesterday pretty much called me a liar because there was no indication I called. I have used Viator a lot and this issue is making me consider using it again. I feel like I should get a refund as I was unable to use the tickets. I had to go to the venue and purchase tickets again to get in. I want a refund. She said it was booked within 24 hours but you couldn't get the tickets to me. I demand a refund please
Awesome museum with no audio guide

The museum itself was awesome and I would give it 5 stars. The audio guide we paid for we couldn’t use at the museum. We got an email explaining what we needed to do while we were in France. The WI-FI access we had in France made it impossible to download the app. The website we were told to access about the audio guide showed an unsecured website with a yellow caution sign. So we didn’t access it. When we got to the museum they explained this was not a museum audio guide so we had no audio guide.

we enjoyed the Orsay more than the Louvre....not crowded and one can admire the art without feeling rushed....fantastic collection of the masters of the impressionist era..

Not positive. Paid for the audio and had no way to listen to it. Should have bought my ticket at Orsay and used their device for sale
