Stop atChateau La Coste en Provence
The one-of-a-kind Château La Coste is a vineyard, an art center, and a hub for fine resturants. Installations were created by a who’s who of world-famous architects (Frank Gehry, Tadao Andô, Jean Nouvel, and Oscar Niemeyer) and artists (Alexander Calder, Bob Dylan, Yoko Ono, and Louise Bourgeois). Take the opportunity to do a wine tasting of locally-produced whites, rosés, or reds or appreciate the outdoor art installations. Depending on your preference, you may lunch at Château La Coste or in Aix-en-Provence.

In Provence’s former capital, stroll the famous Cours Mirabeau lined with stunning private mansions, numerous fountains, towering plane trees, lively cafés, and delightful restaurants. You may choose to see an exhibition at the Caumont Centre d’Art. Until October 6th it is running Bonnard et le Japon.
