Stop atFondation Claude Monet
This half-day trip will lead you to the edge of Normandy, where you will visit the idyllic home of Claude Monet. There, get a Skip-the-Line Access as you enter into the garden with your guide by the special small group entrance! You will have the opportunity to discover the precious collection of Japanese engravings is displayed in several rooms, hung in the marmer chosen by the master of Giverny himself. Claude Monet’s property at Giverny, left by his son to the Académie des Beaux-arts in 1966, has, after completion of large scale restoration work, become the Claude Monet Foundation, inaugurated in 1980. The huge Nymphéas studio, a stone’s throw from the house, has also been restored and contains the Foundation’s Shop.

Lastly, the Water Garden, formed by a tributary of the Epte, lies further away, shaded by weeping willows. With its famous Japanese Bridge, its wistarias, azaleas and its pond, it has once more become that casket of sky and water which inspired the pictorial universe of the water lilies.

Amazing tour, strongly recommend
Anne_C, Dec 2024
My daughter (9 yr) and I had a wonderful time. The tour was on time, the van clean and comfortable. Cold water was available as well. The tour guide Philippe was knowledgeable, friendly and was genuinely interested in what he showed and told us. Although Giverny was crowded, we had an amazing tour of the gardens and the house learning a lot about Monet. Gorgeous day, would recommend anyone to book this trip!

Max tour

Max Wolf was a very knowledgable guide with a wealth of information about the cemetery and its famous and lesser known residents. He showed us the highlights and much more. Friendly and pleasant.
Responses from Arnaud B
Dear Paul,
It seems there might have been a mix-up, as the positive review you posted appears to be intended for a different page. It reads:
"Max Wolf was a very knowledgeable guide with a wealth of information about the cemetery and its famous and lesser-known residents. He showed us the highlights and much more. Friendly and pleasant."
Nonetheless, the Paris TRIP Team appreciates your feedback!
Started wrong but ended beautifully!

Monet's garden in Giverny was a very magnificent place. But to get there, the group need to meet at a starting point. This was a problem. You sent me to a wrong place. I used Viator service in Lisbon, Portugal successfully and did not hesitate to sign up. The organizer told me, they told Viator that there is only one meeting place. You offered a choice of two places. This should be corrected. Luckily, I started early enough and was able to join the group in time. But it was very stressful several hours taking a new subway line and changing the line etc. But at the end, I saw one of the most beautiful gardens in the world!
Responses from Arnaud B
Dear SokJaKi,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are truly sorry for the confusion regarding the meeting point, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will work closely with Viator to ensure that the meeting point information is clear and consistent in the future.
We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed Monet's Garden in Giverny despite the initial inconvenience. It is indeed a magnificent place, and we're glad you were able to join the group and experience its beauty.
Thank you once again for bringing this to our attention. We hope to have the pleasure of serving you on another trip, providing a smoother experience from start to finish.
Warm regards,
