In October, I purchased the Versailles Passport ticket from the World Pass Tour website for a trip with my husband. The booking process was seamless, and I received the ticket immediately, which made planning so much easier.

It was an amazing experience. My family really loved it. Customer support was very spontaneous and was easily reachable I purchased the Versailles Passport ticket from the World Pass Tour website on November 28, and I was impressed by how smooth the process was. The ticket was delivered instantly after purchase, which made planning my visit hassle-free.
The Palace of Versailles itself was breathtaking! The museum's grandeur, beautiful gardens, and rich history made for an unforgettable experience. Everything from the Hall of Mirrors to the detailed architecture was stunning.

Do not use this company. I’ve been in the military 21 years just so you understand my credibility. Do not use this company or they will stand you up, they will not show up nor will they communicate with you. Our flight landed late and I texted the company, who sent me one message and after I tried for the next hour with no response, we just ended up doing the tour ourselves

AVOID “PARIS MUSEUM TICKET” booking company

Avoid using “Paris Museum Ticket” booking company!
Our experience: we booked a 0900 tour and were notifed a few hours later that we were unilaterally rebooked for 1500… the tour companty did offer a partial refund IF we chose to not go on the trip but we confirmed that 1500 would work and we would like to proceed with the tour.
We asked repeatedly for confirmation of the trip, who to meet or where to collect our tickets from but received NO reply from the tour operator. Overall the customer service of this operator is poor at best - save yourself the headache and avoid booking with this company.
