I had high hopes for this tour. Whenever my daughter and I travel we always take an official tour of the city so we can learn more about the history and landmarks. We expected for this bus tour to do this but were disappointed when we realized that the tour only drove us around to see the city but without any explanation of the buildings or landmarks as we were passing them. We learned nothing about Paris on this tour. The food was okay, however, there is no way to determine what you will be served as a part of the six course meal. My daughter has a nut allergy so I messaged the tour company as soon as I booked (four days in advance) to notify them of the allergy and asked if the menu being served contained nuts. I received a response acknowledging my message and was assured no nuts. Unfortunately, this was not true, and could have turned out very tragic for us. We made it almost through the entire meal, but was then served dessert that unknowingly to us, had pralines. Pralines are candied almonds! After only a few spoonfuls, my daughter knew something was not right and her throat started itching. Luckily, I had allergy medicine with me and she was able to take something to immediately counter the allergic reaction. Overall, this tour is great if you want a quiet, relaxing ride around the city while being served dinner. If you expect anything more, you may be disappointed.

Loved this tour! We chose to do this instead of a river cruise and were very glad we did. Not only was the entire experience of eating on a bus while touring the city very cool but we also found the food and service to be excellent as well. We purchased the dinner only option but were able to add on a couple of drinks for the ala carte menu once we are onboard. The bus drives by all the main sites in Paris (something you can't do while sailing linearly) and the courses are served at an appropriate pace so that you are dining and enjoying your meal for the entire ride. The only tricky thing was trying to find the bus at the beginning -- they list an address that isn't really an address as much as it is just a spot on a street where the bus comes to pick you up -- and due to traffic our bus was a few minutes late so we weren't sure if we were actually in the right location until I called the office to confirm. To their credit, they picked right up (it was 7:40 pm) to assure us that we were in the right place and the bus was on its way. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for something unique

Was initially excited to do this then someone pointed out that you're going to be sitting on a bus for 3 hours and I started to think maybe we shouldn't do this... well let me tell you it's not like sitting on a bus for 3 hours at all. The time goes by very quickly, the service is excellent, the food top notch and you cannot beat the views. They even let you off the bus in front of the Eiffel Tower for 10 minutes to take pictures just as it begins to sparkle. Dessert was nice but I opted to pay a little extra for a chocolate cake option during the booking process as it was a special occasion. I kinda had to remind the server when the time came, but let me tell you it was one of the best desserts we had in Paris. Small but delicious, order one for everyone in your party, lol!
