Best pastry class ever

The chef was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. When the final product started to come to life. Chef gave clear instructions and was so helpful.

Instructor Leo was the best. Very nice, personable and professional. He explained and demonstrated how to do each step. I liked that we each got to work individually to make the pastries. We each got to take 4 of each pastries home with us. I would highly recommend this class and with instructor Leo.

A fantastic 3hrs or so with Leo and around 6 other trainee bakers! Leo is friendly and highly skilled, and takes you through the various stages of making croissants - making the shapes, laminating the dough with butter and making the dough in the first place. Really well done, lots of fun and you get to take home a number of your own freshly baked croissants

We had so much fun learning to make croissants and pan au chocolate. The studio is very cute and Leo is a great teacher. The results were delicious and we have the recipe to make again at home. Highly recommended!
