Wonderful experience!!

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I cannot recommend this tour more. Not only is this bakery essential to Paris history, but our guide gave so much wonderful insight and the staff let us take part in their tasks. This was truly a special day making break and pastries and memories. Cheers to making and breaking bread.
Baguette ,pastry & financier making tips & history made easy

We were impressed with our tour guide Rachel in terms of her very warm welcome , knowledge of baguettes/ pastries and general enthusiasm. We had already been in contact via the aviator app and therefore it was easy to meet up in the Bakery in Passy. We really enjoyed getting stuck into making a baguette as well as rolling perfect croissants. Financiers were new to all of us and very tasty as were the baguettes. We would have loved to sample croissants and understand that we could not eat our own given the process. Maybe the tour organiser should consider having croissants made by a previous group to be made available to the following group for baking. Overall we were very happy with the course , had fun , and learnt a lot about different baguettes, their history and tips to how to cook and conserve. As per other reviews there is a lot to eat and therefore skipping a meal before the course is a very wise move. One last thought to help the overall experience improve would be to let the group try to create dough, even if only part of the process.
Great experience

We had such a great time learning about the history surrounding bread in France! Highly recommend this if you want to embed culture, fun and food into your stay. Merci mille fois to our hosts & teacher. 🥐❤️🇫🇷🥖
Wonderful

A few minor hiccups initially (they had to reschedule our session- however, due to the congestion from the Olympics this was probably out of their control)- though it ended up being a wonderful experience. Jess was our instructor and showed us how certain pastries and breads were made and we had our hand at rolling and mixing things up, then got to take home some goodies. Teenage kids loved it.
