Best Baking Class

We had an AMAZING morning making crepes, crème brûlée, chocolate soufflé, and financiers with Stefan J. It was so fun, and difficult desserts were made easy. We are sure to wow any future dinner guests with our newfound dessert skills. Would recommend 10/10!

Great Class!

I took the class solo and had Stephan as the instructor. It was a class of 6, and we worked on the recipes in pairs. Stephan was amazing and demonstrated the techniques along the way with lots of energy. I've never seen someone whisk so fast! I'm hoping to take that energy home when I bake these again.
The recipes were also fantastic, everyone's eclairs and choux came out great with so much flavor in the fillings. We had a laminated recipe to follow, but usually listened to Stephan. I do wish we had a pencil and paper to write down tips as we went, or some list of tips sent along with the recipe. The recipe sent over email is what was written, but the tips and tricks were the best part of the class!

Le Foodist: Wonderful school to learn about French food and cooki

My friend and I went with my 2 and had a terrific time. Stephan Jimenez, who has worked in Thomas Keller restaurants, could not be a better teacher and coach. We can away with better techniques for making cloux dough and filling and decorating our eclairs and puffs. I hope to go back someday and take another class that includes a meal. We had a problem with our reservations at the last minute and they graciously worked it out for us that day. We will recommend Le Foodist to everyone going to Paris.

This was so much fun. Frederic was great and full of tips. I would do this again if I come back to Paris. And our Choux and eclairs were delicious.
