I had the pleasure of joining a tour led by Joseph, and I must say, it was one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had. He is not just a guide but a true storyteller, bringing every site and scene to life with fascinating details and anecdotes that you won't find in any guidebook.
Joseph's expertise is matched only by his warm personality and his genuine care for every member of the group. He was attentive to everyone's needs, making sure we were all comfortable and engaged throughout the tour. His ability to weave together history, culture, and personal stories created a rich tapestry that truly deepened our understanding and appreciation of the places we visited.

The tour guide was very friendly & informed. He was able to get us into the water gesture quickly. I gave a 3-star rating because it’s not worth the money. The free tour by the sanctuary is more informative.

Seeing the grotto and hearing about the entire history. Bernadette’s family background and her trials and tribulations gave me an insight in what this girl experienced. Our guide - Joseph - gave a in-depth description of every aspect of the miracles that occurred
