Best way to see the Paris
Rachel_O, Dec 2024
What a lovely welcome to Paris! We were able to relax and see so many sights from the river. The boat was very comfortable with such a friendly guide. Also thank you for the special drinks and cookies. This experience was my favorite part of the trip!
Highly recommended, personalized boat tour experience

We really enjoyed the experience from being with a smaller group, which made it way more personal. The captain took dozens of photos of us and shared them with us afterwards. Would book again.
Horrible experience
Odyssey754303, Dec 2024
It’s taken me a few weeks to be able to process the experience I had on this excursion. I thought that booking a semi-private tour of the river with my teenage daughter would give us some quality time and some peace in the busy landscape of Paris in the summer. From the second we met our captain/owner of the company, we were hounded with (berated) requests that we not ask him to take any photos. Apparently, he had received a bad review from someone (an Influencer) who was upset that he did not play photographer. We assured him over and over that we would not request any photos. He also was adamant that we not get up and “rock the boat.” Again, we assured him that we understood his direction. Nothing we said would suffice. He yelled at us to pay attention to him and would not stop directing us on simple things that we promised to obey. We ended up getting off the tour after 20 minutes when another guest was seasick and needed to depart. Please do not support this business. It was a horrible experience.
Responses from Artur B
With your behavior, you ruined the beginning of a beautiful experience for five other cruise participants and your own daughter.
The client came in pretentious, angry, offended, and even though I offered her a full refund before the cruise started, they see that she is causing problems as soon as she gets on the boat. However, you absolutely wanted to swim. The client was even more offended when I asked her to sit across from her daughter because I had to balance the boat. Every small boat must be balanced. It's not my fault that you weigh more than the average person, I have to balance my boat.
There were 7 people on board, i.e. 3 groups of strangers. In one group there was an elderly lady who almost cried from the very beginning because she had a terrible headache, was seasick and the waves were too big for her. I'm not allowed to stop in Paris, I had to use an EMERGENCY code to drop off an elderly lady near the Alexandre 3 Bridge half an hour into the cruise. The elderly lady was very apologetic and thanked me for everything. Then Mrs. Kara also got off, but before she could replace it, she managed to ruin the cruise for other customers with her ugly behavior. The other three people finished the cruise, but after Mrs. Kara left, they said that such behavior was very rude on her part.
I do not use verbal violence against my clients, which can probably be seen in my opinions. Viator and my clients have changed my life, my family's life, and I have the highest respect for both Viator and my clients. However, I do not agree to a customer spoiling a beautiful experience for other customers. The principles of respect and culture also apply to each of my clients.
You got a refund only because I am an honest person, for your behavior you should refund the money for the cruise to all other participants.
More than 1,800 5* reviews of our family company are proof that we are members who do not come on our cruises pretentious and offended to the whole world.
