Victor was an amazing and knowledgeable guide. Anyone with an interest in Van Gogh, or even just hiking, should take this tour.

Excellent intimate educational hiking experience

nicoloeddiev, Dec 2024

I could not think of a better way to spend half a day outside of Paris than to walk/hike with a very knowledgeable and considerate guide as Victor and learn about the life of Vincent Van Gogh, his work and the impressionism art movement. The 7.5 mile hike did not feel long as I was glued to Victor’s interesting commentaries and ways to get us engaged and think about many of the topics covered. I enjoyed walking through the small villages and fields, something I do not think I would be able to do, plan and experience while visiting Paris. Two of the highlights of my day were seeing the attic where he lived and died and Vincent’s final resting place. It was an excellent intimate educational hiking experience that I would definitely recommend.
