Fred was a doll to communicate with. Our Chef, Luc was patient, passionate, and offered very thoughtful and detailed explanations about how to choose the ingredients and the best way to cook our meal. The facility is perfect and the food and wine were generous. Such a memorable experience for our family. We can’t wait to try the recipes at home.

This was our favorite experience during our 5 day visit to Paris. The chef was extremely knowledgeable, charismatic, and passionate. The experience was organized and every step was explained by the chef. The food was absolutely AMAZING. It was nice to sit down for dinner with the other people in our cooking class and chat while we enjoyed the wonderful food we cooked.

We had the best time cooking with Chef Paulo! The food was amazing and we learned about a few French cooking techniques. You definitely work for your dinner - and it is so much fun. Everyone who works at Le Foodist was so kind and fun, and our teacher, Paulo, was extremely talented and knowledgeable. This is an intimate, fun experience for anyone who loves food and is down to put in the time to make a beautiful meal with wonderfully paired wine.
