Omaha Beach

Sandra_M, Dec 2024

Omaha beach and the pillboxes. The US military museum was also great. The only thing about this trip was that going through Omaha beach wasn’t enough time to absorb everything.

Ok tour if not for the long wait for lunch to be served.

Maria_E, Dec 2024

It was a good and moving experience. However lunch took too long and time was wasted waiting for lunch to be served. Since participants are paying for their own meal, they should be brought to a place where they could freely choose their meal with time limit. There were important places nearby free of charge that can be included in the tour instead of sitting for more than an hour for lunch.

Witness to the Sacrifice for Freedom.

William_S, Dec 2024

It was a grey morning when we arrived in at the beach and so similar to what the Allies saw when they arrived. It was poignant and sombering to witness the waves of crosses and stars of David.

One of the most humbling experiences of my life. Tour guide and bus were great. Must do event if you are into that type of history.
