Great Tour, palace paintings are moving

Easy way to see the palace. The line with a ticket purchase was great that we didn't have to stand in a crazy long line for non ticket holders.

The guide didn't show up and it was not a ticket "cut the line". I tried to contact Viator and the provider and nobody came back to me.

We bought 'Skip the line tickets' for Versailles. on asking a ticket official about were we should go to 'skip the line' she said there was no such tickets and we had to join a long queue to get into the Palce.
We were miss sold these ticket. The value of the on the 2 tickets were e64 Euro we paid e130 Euro. Therefore we are owed e66Euro.

Great experience! Heads up though, don’t bother with the radios. My husband’s battery died 5 minutes into our tour. Mine worked but didn’t offer any mind blowing information. Save your money

Will never book again with Viator!
Paid 130 euros for tickets worth 32! Tickets mentioned skip the line ! Its wrong, and they tell you it’s because of high demand!!! And comission! Do not trust viator!
