Don’t Book!

First day was cancelled. Second day we went to pick up spot. At pick up time, nobody arrived. I tried calling Viator, only to be placed in telephone waiting queue that did nothing.
I called tour operator. They said they contacted Viator about cancellation. Fifteen minutes later Viator refunded my credit card and a few minutes later, I received cancellation notice.
We spent Thirty Euros to get to the pick up location. Now we have to pay for a ride back and find something another activity for the day.
We have no other days available for a tour. We are disappointed about this. Our uncle was in the first parachute drop on D-Day and we had a great interest in this tour
