In this seigniorial residence occupied by the same family for more than 600 years, you will discover the castle and its remarkable interior fittings. Outside, complete your visit with the park and its 6 thematic gardens including an orchard "le Jardin Sucré". Also known for hunting with hounds, you will be able to see its rich kennel which shelters a hundred dogs. The bus will leave around 5:00 pm for an expected arrival in Paris around 8:00 pm

This looked to be a fantastic trip. Unfortunately I was unable to attend due to a personal circumstance that came up the day before. There was no way to be refunded and this seems like poor customer relations... especially given that I have, on a previous trip in February, booked various trips on Viator. It would be good to push vendors advertising on Viator to provide refunds, even of a partial nature.

Great tour and our guide Vincent was fantastic with great knowledge and stories. Didnt make us feel left out even though we didnt pay for the extra commentary. Just enough time at each Chatteau.
Only suggestion: meal preferences would be good - the fish terrine was horrible.

Atenção ao termo AUDIOGUIADA que na prática significa os guias te darem um fone, uma caneta que scaneia um mapa dos castelos e esta caneta reproduz as explicações dos principais pontos. Você fica por conta no castelo, sem guia algum, toda atenção vai pra quem comprou visita guiada. No ônibus os guias não dão as explicações no trajeto do Vale de Loire para quem comprou AUDIOGUIADA, o que achei bastante descriminatório, já que todos pagamos pelo transporte. Somente quem comprou visita GUIADA tem direito ao guia dentro dos castelos, explicações no trajeto através do receiver e muito mais atenção (provavelmente por terem pagado a mais). Não gostei deste serviço, pra ficar por conta teria alugado um carro, teria saído mais barato e visitaria mais castelos.

Je suis brésilien et j'ai reservé sur internet 4 places pour une visite aux Châteaux de la Loire pour mes vacances et celles de mes amis. Malheureusement, la visite a été annulée dû aux conditions climatiques.
Alors, je suis allé au bureau de ParisCity Vision et on m'a demandé d'envoyer un message au Service Clients pour me faire rembourser.
J'ai déjà envoyé 4 messages et je n'ai toujours pas de réponse.
Le service client de l'entreprise semble ne pas être préparé à résoudre les problèmes de remboursement.
Je ne peux pas traverser l'Atlantique encore une fois pour aller en France récupérer mon argent.
Il est lamentable que les clients soient traités de cette manière.
