Wonderful way to experience the d'Orsay

Amber was a fantastic guide and we had a wonderful experience. We got in right past the long lines and were skillfully guided through the impressive collection. Amber's storytelling really helped connect me with the art, which was great because art museums aren't usually my thing.

5 star museum tour!

This was a fantastic tour! Our guide, Lucien, was amazing! He explained the history of the salons, the style of each painting and lives of each of the artists. We learned so much in 2 hours. And he was so excited to share his knowledge and answer any question. His English was superb. We got to see so much w/him and then spent time on our own in the museum after. If you can get this guide I promise you will not be disappointed!

Don’t go on a holiday or Friday

Check your dates before you go. Unfortunately, we chose a Friday and they close earlier and also on holiday- that’s on me and should have checked.
We chose this tour in order to have a personalized experience and avoid a large group. Unfortunately our guide arrived late and did not have our tickets ready for skip the line so we had very long lines to endure and wasted too much of what little time we had getting in. The museum itself is definitely a must see and worth a visit.
Our guide was very disorganized and not very informative; this tour was not worth the high cost we paid. We were very frustrated by the whole situation and ended up dismissing her and cutting the tour short so we can venture on our own.
I would definitely return and rent a headset and audio for the day or choose another tour.

Dear Adri, thank you for your feedback as we pay very much attention to all reviews even when they are not 5 stars.
We are sorry you did not find enough value in our service and I personally understand your frustration as the museum closed earlier on November 11th (National holiday for WWI veterans) and our skip-the-line badge was not valid for the same reason.
I believe this has had to do with your poor appreciation of our guide's expertise and she could not make you enjoy the Art as she usually do due to the waiting line.
Once again we are quite sorry as this does not reflect the quality of our work one can read in all the other reviews published here.
We hope nonetheless to see you again in Paris !
