Don’t waste your money!!!!

Not worth the money!!! The audio was very poor and hard to understand and way too much music and very little historic info. Waited at one stop for 40 minutes with no bus. Walked to another stop and driver there said our previous stop was closed but there was NO mention of that at the stop. Won’t waste our money on TOOTBUS again and will go with a more professional hop off hop on like Big Bus.

The beginning at martinmorte was great, our guide was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Make sure you bring sneakers you’ll be walking a lot, but Tina will give you the option to take the train.

We always get a hop on hop off bus on our first day of touring any city to get the lay of the land. This bus was great but neglected to tell us the pickup spot had moved around the corner and we waited for over an hour in the wrong spot. Besides that, the bus tour was informative and we enjoyed it once we got on.

Toot Bus Paris - Why?

I can't begin to tell you how disappointing the service was . The fundamentals were completely wrong. For example the map supplied was "Bad and wrong" These are the words of the staff btw, not me. I was totally confused and lost most of the time. The route "no longer" covered Sacre Cour, was not close to the Eiffel Tower. We got the Seine Cruise package and if we did not have GPS on the phone you have no hope of getting there. Their directions were, and I'm not kidding "follow the crowd". There are many, many crowds all going to different places, unreal.

For more clarification, in the past (from 3rd June until few days ago), we were operated a new line : the Purple line during the period of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, which passed through Sacré Coeur, among other places. Indeed, we wanted to offer to our customer a good experience even if many road were closed at this time.
However, since the end of the Olympics, since 14th August, we have been gradually returning to our original route : the Blue line, which does not cover the Sacré Coeur. Therefore, that is why we may have found some previous brochures with maps that are not the current one.
To finish regarding the Eiffel Tower, we regret to inform you that works are in progress in the area, making it impossible for us to get there by tourist bus. For this reason, we can drop you off as close as possible so that you can get there on foot.
We hope we have been able to give a complete answer, and hope to see you soon on board one of our buses to regain your trust!
