Did not do much. had already visited various parts of this tour earlier. The guide was okay. We took an easy pace.

The tour operator demonstrated a lack of reliability, significantly affecting my experience. Despite receiving an email the day before the scheduled tour, informing me of a change in the assigned guide, the situation got worst the day of the tour. The newly assigned guide failed to appear and was unresponsive to my attempts to contact them through calls. I advise caution when considering this tour operator for your vacation plans, as their unreliability could potentially compromise your travel experience.

We understand your frustration since your guide didn't show up on time. As she talked with you by phone you know she faced a problem with her vehicle.
To help you increase your travel experience she offered you a better tour for a lower price after we already completed your refund.
She offered you the tour in Avignon + the extension to Pont du Gard for free.
You first accepted her offer and then decided to change your mind.

Roman was an exceptional and engaging tour guide. We learned a great deal about the history of Avignon including it's occupancy by various popes during the 15th century. There was collaborative discussion with everyone in the group. I would highly recommend Roman for any future tour in France.
