During this unusual guided tour, you will gain access to the press rooms, changing rooms, the presidential stand and the corridor that leads the players to the clay court.

- Due to the activity of the place, some spaces may be inaccessible on the day of the visit
- Access to the stadium shop before or after the visit (open from 09:30 to 18:30)
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour. Latecomers will not be accepted and no refund will be possible.

change your attitude!

ok - great to see the place but the guide was too busy for us and kept complaining that we needed to go faster because he had another trip elsewhere after ours. Locked on visitor in the entrance to the stadium and tried to get everyone to wait 90 to the end of the visit for the toilets. Complained when 5-6 of the group just "had to go". Not a tennis player nor fluent english speaker for an english-speaking tour, talked to the group whilst with his back to the group, and showed only one member of the group the re-fitted changing rooms, leaving the rest wondering why she was the lucky one!?! Some tweaks would make it a much better experience, and a change in attitude would work wonders for improving customer satisfaction.

We are really sorry to hear that you didn’t fully appreciate the guided visit of the Stade Roland-Garros.
Be sure that we are going to talk about it with the guide, but we just want you to know that there is a timing we have to respect, the visit can not exceed 1 hour and 30 minutes.
It is not possible to access the restroom during the visit, but the guide is always mentioning it and propose the visitors to go before or after the visit.
There are still works going on in the changing rooms, this is not possible for the guide to show them then.

As a huge tennis fan I was very excited to see what Roland Garros was like as I had not been there before. While there were some works going on in the dressing room, the rest of the areas were available. Special mention to the guide Mathurin who did a great job, was very friendly and told interesting stories.

Fantastic experience, I go to the actual RG tournament for years, however I learned so much interesting facts and were able to see things only privileged people do.
The guide was fabulous - kind, knowledgable and passionate about sharing all he knows about tennis snd RG

Amazing experience with a very interactive way to do it, great comunication and sharing by Lionel who knows every word of the entire tour!
Very disappointing. Our online tickets were in English but the tour was in French. Use your time in Paris more wisely.

Horrible, wast of time. Almost everything at Roland Garros is under construction: The pressroom & locker rooms are off limits. Even Center Court, the one court we saw, was completely covered with flooring and a stage for a breakdance competition that week-end. But worst of all, RG insisted those of us that spoke English had actually signed up for a French speaking tour. Now keep in mind, very little to see, just an hour and a half of a man walking us down hallways, telling stories in a language we couldn't understand. What bothered me most about the experience is the lack of compassion for our predicament, in fact, they insisted it was our error. Definitely no apologies. I would like to know why they issued my confirmation ticket in English. Did they assume I read English but understand French? If this were just a one time mistake, not so bad. But, it appears by the other comments in this post, it has been happening or awhile. Bad form!

Nous sommes navrés que vous n'ayez pas apprécié cette visite du stade Roland Garros. D'importants travaux sont effectivement en cours mais vous aviez tout le détail dans le descriptif de la visite. Toutes les personnes qui réservent actuellement un billet sont bien averties de la fermeture de la zone média et des vestiaires. Concernant la problématique de la langue, nous proposons des visites en français, en espagnol et en anglais. Nous regrettons que vous n'ayez pu suivre la visite dans la bonne langue, vous auriez très certainement apprécié le discours historique du guide et les nombreuses explications. Nous espérons que votre prochaine expérience avec Cultival sera à la hauteur de vos attentes.
