Our guide never showed up.

Our guide never showed up. We were supposed to meet at arc carrosel at 4:15. We arrived at 4pm and waited til 5pm . I need a refund.

I’m a tourist as not aware about the Museum is close on Tuesday. Can’t download app prior to appointment date. False advertisement , Tuesday Museum is closed didn’t indicate anything about this issue after booking on that date showing can’t go inside. You skip the line and can’t go inside. After booking and no cancellation then it shows that you can’t go inside. Probably some other days are okay if Museum is open . I it is a Scam not to indicate that Tuesday Museum is close and still sell and advertise as if it is open.
