I can’t remember my tour guide’s name, but she was great. She engaged with everyone, which is awesome as a solo traveler. She gave us facts about the tower and did her best to make everything interesting. All of this took place beneath the tower. She guided us through security, to the elevator to the second level, and directed us to the elevator to the Summit. It was great and I really enjoyed my time. She also shared a list of restaurants with the group.

The tour was great. Our guide Santiago made the access to the tower very smooth.
PS - The guide only takes you to the 2nd floor, after that you’re on your own. But it allowed us to explore and enjoy the tower at our own pace.

We arrived at the meetup location with nobody there. The blinds were down and I could see a lady inside the office. Knocked and knocked and she ignored us. Sent multiple messages to the host through the app and did not get one reply. We had to wait in line and repurchase tickets again out of pocket. I would not use this vendor again. Wanting a full refund.

Met guide at local tour office and walked to the tower. He shared some history about the tower, took us the 2nd floor, and then we had all the free time we wanted. On the first level of the tower, there is a restaurant, gift shop, and a couple of concession stands. We had a great time sitting, drinking coffee, and listening to the music from the 1st level all while watching through the glass bottom floors. A little scary, but an experience. It gets busier as the day goes on, so recommend going to the 3rd level earlier in the day. Would definitely recommend.
