Relaxing cruise with decent food, expensive drinks

When I got to 7 Debilly, there was no boat. I called Trip Advisor, and was told the boat was on the other side of the Seine closer to the Eiffel Tower. Walked all the way there: no boat. And saw the boat (Tosca) had arrived on the other side so I had to walk back. Very bad advice from Trip Advisor. Fortunately I had time. Cruise was nice. Relaxing. Food was good. Service was excellent. Drinks were quite expensive. Even water wasn't included. All in all a good experience except for the poor directions from Trip Advisor.

It was a nice cruise with a good boat that didn’t smell of gasoline and have very nice cutlery and smooth ride. However, it lacks the announcement of the city attractions. Your on the cruise to see landmarks from a different perspective…missed many. More importantly, there was no board or flag to indicate the company name or logo. It was challenging to find…give extra time

The trip was enjoyable and was good value for money . All the staff were attentive throughout . On the negative side the boat was extremely difficult to find . With the trip starting at 12pm we arrived at 11.45 and there was no indication at all as to where the boat was moored . It was hidden behind another boat and no signage was put outside on the dock until 12.10pm to indicate if we were in the correct location !!! This needs to be addressed.

If I could rate NO STAR I would!!! THIS IS A SCAM- we waited an hour and the boat did not arrive siting problems with the Seine as the reason- there was no problem with the Seine!!! DO NOT BOOK IT!!!!!!
Very enjoyable and went quite a long distance we just loved the entire cruise

Not expecting such good food, it was excellent, both the seafood and meat choice.
Where we picked up boat no indication we were in correct spot as all workers in area said no pick up at that point, so we searched other area s, ended up we were in right spot but signage would help
