Had a bit of confusion receiving tix but was resolved quickly by organizer. No fault to them .. jus email issue. Great (long) day at the Louvre otherwise. Would recommend to avoid long lineups to purchase tickets on-site.
River cruise on the Seine
jacqueline_s, Dec 2024
The Louvre was amazing but very long queues to get in .
The river cruise was extremely crowded and outside you could hear no commentary and no safety info before setting off . The machine on the boat didn’t deliver the drink but charged. Was told by staff to ask in the office after the trip. The office was heaving when we got back so couldn’t get close. Wouldn’t use this boat comii op any again
Pleasant

Best experience

The staff were so friendly and attentive to us as my son broke his leg in March and still has a bit of a hobble with his walking stick, they let him see the mona Lisa up close and it really made his trip as that's all he wanted to see! The place is so beautiful you could spend days in there! I'd recommend going the earlier the better as the ques are huge to get in. But the place is phenomenal, breathtaking x
Didn’t get what I paid for.

Seine River cruise was not available due to Olympics. Wasn’t notified. Will be pursuing a refund when I return.
