Don’t book!! SCAM!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS OPERATOR!!! i purchased a fast track entry ticket to avoid the hour wait. I presented the ticket at my designated time and after he scanned it he told me my ticket wasnt a fast track ticket and that if I wanted to go to the museum I had to get in back of line which had an hour plus wait and wrapped around the block. I texted and called the operator and no one replied and days later refused to refund my money. I went on the reviews unfortunately after I was scammed and saw 15 reviews all saying the same thing. Viator should be held responsible for an operator that routinely scams people out of their money. That is why I use the site. But they weren’t any help either. So whatever you do don’t book with this company and be careful when you use Viator as they will do nothing to help if they allow someone on their site to scam you.

Deceiving and misleading

It’s advertised as a fast track ticket with a time slot (in this case 10 AM). This was a lie. The tickets were general admission tickets which meant we waited for an hour to get into the museum. There are in fact lanes for timed tickets, these were not them despite the appearance that they were. Pretty disappointing but life goes on. TripAdvisor should not allow this sort of fraudulent advertising on their website it undermines trust in doing business with their merchants.

However, access procedures and queue management are handled entirely by the venue, and waiting times can vary depending on crowd levels and on-site operations.

The most inspiring museum building in the world, with a collection to match. MOMA/NY rivals the collection, Guggenheim/NY and Bilbao rival the building. But d’Orsay is the one.

I never received vendor confirmation, tickets, or a respinse to direct message via their preferred communication on What’s App. Forced to cancel, I missed seeing the Orsay! POOR customer service.
Excellent museum to see the Impressionists

This is not a timed entry. It is misleading since you pick a time. We picked 9 am but the museum did not open till 9:30. However, this allowed us to be in line early and see much of the museum before the crowds came in. Excellent museum for impressionists
